Gratefulness poem

Here is a poem I wrote about gratefulness…

What a big difference between the two verses. The first person is really grateful for a small thing. The second person is really a rotten brat who doesn’t know how to be grateful.

    Good job Caitie!

I agree with Jimin. This looks like a whole different world. When I read this poem, for some reason, I think of a poor person and a rich person. It also seems and connects in the Hunger games. When Katniss gets a bread burned from Peeta and when some people who are rich think its so disgusting! I also think of people when they care even of a small flower when some people just don’t care about anything about the world. They want everything all the time. Excellent job, Caitie!

      See you,

Thanks for commenting Vicky and Jimin. It’s funny, The Hunger Games was actually my inspiration for my spark because the Capitol has so much and the districts have so little. Central World reminds me of the capitol and when you look out the window you see people selling things on the street, so I think we should be grateful that we live in the “Central world” world.

          Hey Caitie,

I totally agree! It’s like seeing Districts 12, 13 and etc. compared to the Capitol! It’s really unfair but that’s life. Even if we’re not that far into the future.
