We do yoga to calm ourselves down. If you’re calm, you get good quality work because you feel comfortable and you do not rush your work. Sometimes if we’re calm, you can follow the Essential Agreements easily. Especially “work peacefully and concentrate.” Yoga effected me by making me calm down and making me more slower and concentrate on my work. Also I got flexible than before. I think we should have this feeling all day in class because we like to work peacefully, and if there are no noise, we can concentrate more. I think yoga is the best way to calm us down. Also I think it’s good for every body part. Yoga is good for everyone because it makes everyone calm down. It has a effect on everyone by making them feel nice and calm, relaxed.
We did Yoga Last year to! It was very fun!

Ever since 6SS started yoga, I have been a much more relaxed and calm person and before I was always thinking about what I would do later and did not live in the present moment and enjoy it, I was struggling with relaxing before but now I have really improved and I think 6SS has too.
