Where are you?

I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?q=phuket&hl=en&ll=7.768612,98.307853&spn=0.02513,0.038581&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=41.003738,79.013672&vpsrc=6&hnear=Phuket,+Thailand&t=m&z=15

Use Google Maps to find your location, then get the URL by clicking on the hyperlink icon in the top right of the screen and paste it into a comment on this posting. Don’t put any markers on the map as that would be too much information. Also,  describe the place a bit and say what you’ve been up to!

The good thing about being next to a hotel is that if the flood water comes I can move from house to hotel.

I’m at home but the flood hasn’t reached my house yet. Center Point has 4 buildings, 2 in the North Tower and 2 in the South Tower. It’s next to Fuji Super 2.

    Have a good holiday!

    Hi 6SS,

in Laos they have a lot of elephants there and Laos is also called the land of elephants. i got so lucky in Laos to have been able to be a training mahout, in case of any of you do not know what a mahout is it is the person who controls the elephant.

I will give you guys some tips about how to ride and elephant:
    1. If you want to go right kick the left ear of the elephant and lean right.
    2. If you want to go left kick the right ear of the elephant and lean left.
    3. If you want it to go back push back and forth until it walks back.
    4. DO NOT go behind the elephant it might sit on you because it gets scared because it can not see you.

    This is where Laos is:

      Hi Billy,

It’s interesting that if you want to go left or right, you kick the elephant’s opposite ear!

Yeah be cause if you kick the ear that you want to go it make it’s head move the over way!

    Hi guys,
I’m in Beijing, and due to the school closure, I am studying here at an international school, MSB, the International Montessori School of Beijing. My mother is on the board of directors of this school.

    Here is the link:

It’s nowhere near as big as NIST, but we have a science lab, we can do History, Biology, Botany, culture(i.e. WWII, Columbus), Zoology, and many other fun subjects.

Originally, Facebook, youtube, scribd and wordpress.com blogs (including this one), were blocked, but I have found a way to get to them all .;)

I am staying at the Ritz-Carlton, and it is quite an expensive hotel. There is a nice pool and spa, and also a special club lounge only for people who stay on the 16th floor, which is more expensive.

    Hi 6ss,
Every year they talk to us about online safety like not to say where you live and not to say your full name. So I am not going to say were I live.
    Now I am at home.

Probably a great idea not to give out your address online!!! However, showing your general location is perfectly safe.

        • November 1, 2011 at 10:01 am

But, it has been saying that for a month. What is the truth?

            • November 3, 2011 at 10:49 am

The truth is no one really knows!

I agree with Caitie, I shouldn’t have included information about where I am currently staying. This has taught me to think carefully about what I should do with revealing information about me.

P.S. I couldn’t put up the link, you can just write the hotel name.
