The difference between being bossy and being a leader is like if you are bossy, you just don’t listen to other’s thoughts and you just try to lead your way. But if you are a leader, you listen to others and then you decide what you do.

But to be a good leader, you have to be bossy sometimes. You have to have that power to stop people from doing what they want to.

Bossy people don’t listen to others and just tell others what to do. However leaders listen to others and get all the opinions and work them out. Leaders are in charge, but take care in a nice way.
Nobody likes people to boss them around because when bossy boots tell you to do something, sometimes you don’t want to do it. While leaders, they have a clear conversation of who wants to do what and tries to make it fair. However sometimes leaders get a bit too fustrated and just be kind od bossy…

I am usually a leader. Sometimes it’s tough being a leader. This is an example of why it is not always fun to be a leader. I choose Jin to take a penalty in soccer. Every body else shouts at me that Jin got more turns to take penalties. So I change my mind and Jin and some of his friends shout at me.

I think being a leader you have to have a balance because if you are not bossy then people will just play around and not do their job and if you are too bossy people will quit their jobs.

You should have control of when you should be bossy and when not. I have to say I have been too bossy many times and I have failed.

I know. Being a leader is really tough sometimes!
I also agree if you be too nice everybody goes loose. If you are too strict they quit. So you have to be nice and a bit mean for everything to work out.
Yes when you are to bossy people tend to quit quit quit so you are left with nothing. You have to balance and keep good control.
In conclusion you should be fair, but not to nice and let people go so easily! You shouldnt boss people but ket people share thier opinions! 😀

my mother said that in Penalties, the guy that is good at taking it or have experienced a lot is the one that have to take it. Take a look at Giggs. He always takes the penalty but not always.

A leader gives instructions to everyone equally. And they also do the work not only relying on their team to do it. A leader communicates with their team mates and they also make fair decisions and makes everyone in the group happy to work with them.
A bossy person gives instructions to everyone. But themselves, they don’t do their work. They rely on others to do the work for them. (Lazy). They make unfair decisions and they make everyone feel uncomfortable working with them. They also don’t cooperate with others and they don’t tend to work well with others.
I agree with Aayush, if you are too nice then the team plays around but if you are too bossy and mean then people quit.

If your are a bossy you can control people in a bad way but if you are a
leader you are controling people in a good way. bossy wants every thing they want ,not just fair decisions but the leaders allways have to make a good choice and fair for every body. if you’r a bossy guy you got the power of a selfishness. If you are leader you have a power of careness guy.( I do not get what I said but I did my hardist)

The differrence about being bossy and leadership is that being bossy is like telling people what to do and not listening to any other people ideas. But being a leardership is listening to other people share your thought kindly and respectfully and also not shouting at people.
