Federer and Potro go through to semi finals despite Federer’s loss to Potro

Del Potro beat Federer 6-2, 6-7, 6-3 last night. Despite Federer’s loss, he made it through to the semis with his good friend. Verdasco has no chance after losing his 2 opening matches. Federer is expected to win this cup after his 3rd consecutive 6-1 slayer style. Del Potro and Soderling have high hopes towinning this final tournament of the year after both got off to a good start.

Nadal loss helps Federer to end as world no.1 after Fed bt Murray in 3 sets

Fisrt off, congatulations to all Federer fans in our class and worldwide. Roger Federer has ended the year as world no.1- thanks to Nadal’s loss to Soderling last night whereas Federer overcame a hurricane sent by Murray, 3-6, 6-3, 6-1. This is the first time that Federer has ever won all of his last 3 games 6-1. I feel very happy and proud about his result. Now then, it’s my turn. This Saturday 28 November 2009, I am playing a tournament and I’m bidding for a 4th title in a row. Hopefully I can complete it. This year, I’m playing the under 15 draw whereas I used to play the under 13 draw. I have to play the under 15 because I couldnt skip camp. It will be a lot tougher because I dont know anybody in the draw. All wish me good luck and hopefully god fulfills my wishes of a 4th title.  Below is a picture of Federer’s and Soderling’s celebration.

P.S. As usual, Federer’s reaction is always calm whereas Soderling’s reaction is super wild.
